I accidentally ordered the wrong frame size from efeglasses.com, so I had to send them back. The return instructions were clear enough, and that part wasn’t too bad, but still, having to deal with a return is always a bit annoying.

The main thing that bothered me was the waiting. It took a few days to hear back, and I kept checking my email because I didn’t know what was going on. That part was frustrating, just waiting and waiting without much of an update.

Once they finally replied, the exchange went smoothly. The new glasses showed up fine and the fit was definitely better. So it worked out in the end, but the slow response was annoying, and I wish they were quicker about updates.

I liked how easy it was to follow the tracking. The updates came through quickly, and I kept noticing little things like when it moved to the next facility or went out for delivery. My glasses showed up right on time, which I always appreciate.

The customer service team was polite and professional, and they did answer my questions in the end. I just felt a little unsure while waiting because the replies took longer than I expected, and it would’ve been nice to get a quick update or reassurance that someone was looking into it. Overall, they were helpful and friendly, but the response time could definitely be better.

Got my glasses from Efeglasses last week. i wasn’t expecting much, just hoped they’d fit okay. But the frames are really comfortable. No pinching on my nose, no soreness behind my ears like my old ones. Wore them through a whole workday and at some point just forgot they were even on. Came out of the case fitting right too. So yeah, happy with them.

my glasses showed up in great shape, and the packaging was better than i expected. the box wasn’t crushed or messy at all, and everything inside was wrapped nicely so the frames didn’t slide around. the case and cloth were clean too. it’s a small thing, but it really makes a difference when you’re ordering glasses online. i’m happy with it.

I ordered a pair from Efeglasses. The fit was better than I thought it would be. They sit nicely on my nose. They don’t pinch on the sides either.
The arms do feel a little loose after a full day. Not a huge deal though. I’m still happy with them overall.

I was kind of nervous about ordering progressive glasses online from efeglasses.com. I figured they might be okay, or actually, I thought I’d probably regret it a little, but they ended up being way better than I expected. The prescription feels right, and I didn’t get that weird swimmy feeling I had with my old pair.

I’ve been using my glasses from Efeglasses for a few months now and they’re still in really good shape, which is kind of impressive because I’m not exactly gentle with them and they end up getting tossed into my bag all the time, but so far there are no loose screws, no weird bending, and they still feel sturdy enough for everyday use so I’m happy with them

I was expecting these to feel kind of cheap, but they actually feel solid. The hinges are fine, not amazing, actually they're better than I first thought, and the fit was good right out of the box. I took off one star because they are a little lightweight, but overall I’m still happy with them.

I tried efeglasses.com because I never really know what frame shape looks good on me and the virtual try-on made the whole thing way less stressful, it was easy to use and gave me a good idea of how the glasses would look before I ordered, even though the colors were a tiny bit different in person it wasn’t a big deal, and overall I’m happy with what I got, I just wish more of the frames had the try-on option.

So I ended up ordering again, and it was fine. Nothing too dramatic to report, which is kind of what you want sometimes. The first time made me a little unsure, but this second order was okay overall, showed up as expected and did the job
